McDonalds and sphinter leakage

Just here recently I've been inflicted with what appears to be a mucous like
leakage out the rear end. It happens even if i don't need to crap. My doctor
calls it sphincter leakage. The only thing different in my life is the fact
I had to give up my McD's treats on a count of my old lady and the doctor
saying my heart was going to stop. The wife is pissed because she does the
laundry and is tired of cleaning my sphincter leakage soiled undies. The doc
says it's just my body expelling the McD's treats.
Has this ever happened to anyone in the group?
