Another FAQ Update.

Today I added many names to the killfile, mostly spammers froom kook.com and
people with obviousl fake emails.

I will be patiently waiting for the noise to die off, then I will begin
discussions, and if the discussion don't morph into chaos again, then the
FAQ will finally be posted. This probably won't happen for at least another
week, but hte quiter you are, the faster it'll come.
