Sweet & Sour Steak Marinade
4 rib-eye steaks, about 1-inch thick
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Place steaks in large shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over steaks. Cover
and
marinate steaks 4 hours in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade. Grill 5" from hot coals, about 5 minutes
on
each side.
