It just might be the best Q show ever. I know I haven't seen anything
better. In thirty minutes, chef Tony Boudain hits Oklahoma Joe's in
Kansas City, visits (and gets corrected by) Paul Kirk, spends time
with David Klose in Texas, and explores the different styles of North
Carolina Q.
Kirk and Klose are a hoot! It's all about REAL Q. Pay attention,
Emeril! You might learn something!
Don't miss it. You'll be impressed.

Jason's right. That was a good show. The boys cooking whole hog's
in NC were impressive. Pretty much like Bob in GA does it, 'cept
they had a neat rig for turning the hog over at the end. Special
attention to chopping up skin and mixing it with the pulled/chopped
meat.

Here in NYC we have the Ninth Ave International Food Festival
where Ned Kelly's Pub roasts a whole hog right there on the street
and there is ALWAYS extra skin for the taking as most NYC'ers don't
know the best parts of the Q.

"We should not march into Baghdad. To occupy Iraq would
instantly shatter our coalition, turning the whole Arab
world against us and make a broken tyrant into a latter-
day Arab hero. Assigning young soldiers to a fruitless
hunt for a securely entrenched dictator and condemning
them to fight in what would be an unwinable urban guerilla
war, it could only plunge that part of the world into ever
greater instability."
