Any thoughts on the MHP gas grill vs. the Weber Genesis Silver line?

I have an MHP..the larger model- WNK.. Natural Gas... have it for about 8
years.. and love it.. the quality is great, customer service, if ever
needed, great, warranty is great... it's just a well made grill... I added
on the side burner, which is nice, but rarely used... wind can blow it out..
at least the first version, don't know if they've updated it... I got the
reversible aluminum grids.. zero maintenance - great for steaks and
veggies... I do, btw, cook indirect - ribs, hams, etc... it goes to an
accurate 200... I also rotisserie... bottom line, I'm very pleased...

When I was researching what grill to buy, the MHP came out very high on my
list. I bought a Vermont Casting, but MHP was runner up. It was quite a
few notches above the Weber, except the high priced Summit.

Oops... forgot to mention, on the other side of the spectrum, it gets very
hot... 600 degrees Fahrenheit plus.. good for steaks... again, very well
made- no mainainance... when not being used, it's covered... we've got all 4
seasons here in NJ... especially this year!
