I've got a hankerin' for a bbq beef sanwich, similar to a pulled pork
sandwich. But I don't know how.

What cut of meat (aside from briskit)?

Thanks a heap,
-Zz

Short ribs. Or oxtails. But the classic choice is brisket. Why not use it?
If you want some shredded beef for sandwiches, find a point end brisket and
just slow cook it till it shreds. Slow cooking being 220F in the cooker or
less. You can wrap it in foil when it hits about 155F and it will finish
faster and moister, and then you can let the pit temp come up a bit. Look to
pull it at about 205F or when a thermometer probe pokes in easily. There
will be a lot of fatty juice, just defat it and save the good juice. Shred
the beef, soak it in the juice, and fill your sandwich. You may find you
don't want any other sauce at all.

I gave you a straight answer and you either ignored it or it's over your
head.

You could try a chuck roast. Barbecue till tender enough to shred.

It might be a valid question, but its still vague.
You wanna smoked beef or just grilled.
the only thing close to pulled pork is chopped brisket or as SW
suggested a chuck roll.
I mean WTF, you don't even know what you want, but expect us to know
for you?
I've got a bit of the munchies, can you tell me what I can find in my
kitchen to munch on?.......SHEESH

Did you not see Marty's suggestion? He gave you a couple of suggestions
as well as cooking instructions. Do you want him to put it on your
cooker to?
