Hi all,

I experienced this abouth 2 months ago, but i keep still thinking
about it:

One night I returned from a wedding (no, i wasn't drunk) and went to
bed. Then at 03:00 I woke up and looked up to the ceiling. Then, in
the corner of my eye I noticed something. I looked around and I saw a
male person standing in my bed bedroom. He was almost bald and wore a
green shirt. It seemed like he was reading something. It wasn't a
scary sight. He looked nice to me. Suddenly he noticed me, and smiled
at me. Then, he throwed something at me a few times (what, i don't
know). It looked like someone who throws a bowlingball. The he smiled
again and kept on reading. I turned on the lights to see if i was
dreaming. My girlfriend woke up and asked what was wrong. I said
"nothing" and turned the lights off. Then I could slowly see him fade
away.

This has only happened once, but I don't know what this could mean.

Anyone has an idea ?

Thanks,

Dick

Have no idea, ghosts are interesting though. A friend of mine has a similar
experience. He sees a man (often) sitting on his dresser. Usually he's
awakened by his dog growling, he opens his eyes and sees a man (described to
be dressed from the 1920's) usually smoking or something. The man falls
backwards into (through) the wall and is gone. Sometimes, later, my friend
is awakened by a sharp blow (like a hard press from one finger) in the
middle of his forehead. I feel this one is just a jump while sleeping (we
all experience that) but he insists that he wasn't sleeping. Judging from
his look, I assume he's serious. He's rather worried himself and has spent
many nights at my place in fear (he's 18, quite old to risk losing
"machoness" for a joke).
ohwell, take it for what it's worth

Dick, I don't know what it means either, but interesting! Glad it was not
"scary" to you!

First I must say, thanks for the response you guys.

You must know, that all of this has really happened to me, otherwise I
wouldn't spend my time writing this to you.

Now, there's some other story I would like to hear your opinion about. I
think it is related to the thing that happened to me before, and it
occured about 1 month before I experiened the man at my bed.

I live in an building which has a central door, which can be only opened
if you have a key for it.
One night, my girlfriend had visited me, together with her mother. When
they left the building some woman wanted to enter it. They said it was a
strange woman, but they holded the door for her, so she could enter the
stairway (they thought she lived here). Because the women looked a bit
strange, my girlfriend watched where she was going. The strange woman
went right up to my appartement (I live in the highest) and stood right
in front of my door. And she was just standing there, staring. Of course,
I didn't notice that, so my girlfriend rang me using the intercom and
said that a strange women was standing at my door. I opened up, saw her
and asked her what was wrong. She asked me if there was someone inside my
house. The women looked a bit weird to me, so I said no, and closed the
door (just another lunatic, I thought). So far, I thought this wasn't
all very serious.

One week later, I was watching a movie with my girlfriend, when the
intercom rang. I asked who it was, but heard nothing. I opened my door to
see who it was, but someone else in my building had already opened the
door. I saw someone coming up to my floor. It was the same strange woman
who I met before. She told me that I had to stop the noise and fighting.
I didn't know what she was talking about !! I explained that I was just
watching a movie, but she didn't listen. At last, I told her to go away,
but when I mentioned the word "woman" she became furious. She told me
that she was an angel. I said "yeah right" but she told me her name was
Michael (some of you would recognize this name). I listened to some weird
stories from her, and when I asked her why she was only coming to my
apartement (there are 6 different apartements in my building), she said
she had seen some things in my room. I asked her what things and she said
that she saw a lot of fire, and 2 big black eyes. Then I knew that i was
dealing with some kind of freak. I told her to go away, or i would call
the police. I shutted the door and just kept on with watching the movie,
thinking about how I could stay away from her.

Since then, I kept on thinking what had happened: some strange woman
telling me that there were evil eyes coming out of my room and the fire.
A few weeks after that, the man at my bed. Sometimes it feels like there
IS some other entity in my house. What could it be ?? Is it my
imagination ? Is it some evil spirit wandering around ? I don't think
it's evil because it would already have me going nuts.
How can I contact this spirit (if it is a spirit). I read alot about
ouija, and I know when I use it properly it can do no harm to me, but is
it neccesary ?

Please, any advice would be great. If you want to discuss about this,
then write to shi...@hotmail.com

Thanks alot !!

Dick

Sounds to me like you do have some activity in your place - have you been
there long? Did you *see* anything before your encounters with the old woman?

Don't assume that whatever is happening is *evil*. Do you know anything about
the history of the place? It might be worth investigating - a significant
event might have imprinted itself and the old woman may be *sensing* this and
trying to relate it in her own (confused) way.

To me the most important thing here is that YOU haven't felt the *presence* to
be an evil one.

Don't know anything about ouija but from from what I've heard you should be
careful!

Dick, sorry to take so long to respond, I am catching up on posts!
This is extreemly interesting! You said the woman looked "weird", in what way?
I agree with someone else who said it is important that you do not feel any
evil, perhaps the woman was there to help you. You also mentioned that you
talked to her about some things. Can you remember what she spoke to you about,
besides the eyes & fire?
Has anything else happened since then?
