being co-trustees following his death or incapacity, daughter was named
as primary successor trustee and son as secondary successor trustee. By
this time, Virginia had passed away and son had been convicted and
imprisoned for felony child molestation.

February 2017 hearing, the court suspended daughter as trustee and
appointed son as sole interim trustee so that son could prepare an

I'm now the interim trustee of the estate. Twisted Sister has been
kicked off and lost all control. Next, an unlawful detainer is going to
put her out in the street, and the house is going to be sold. She's
pissed away so much money (at least $2M so far) that she's going to be
left with nothing. The fat lady isn't singing yet, but she's warming
up!
