|>Tenants fighting mad over eviction notices
|>City says no permits requiring vacancy issued on building
|>Tenants of a Fairview-area apartment building claim they are being wrongly
|>evicted from their homes.
|>
|>When 21-year-old Mallory O'Donohue signed a one-year lease for her apartment
|>in the 1000-block West 13 Avenue in April, she never expected that three
|>months later she'd be evicted.
That is Law and Honor at work for us again....

|>One of the free newspapers had a story about this as well. It stated that
|>ppl in six suites flet they had been bullied into leaving and one woman
|>still there was told she might not be safe if she stayed there. Apparently
|>the landlord has stopped cleaning the hallways and this woman has resorted
|>to doing it herself.
|>
"cleaning the hallways" is that a big neat freak deal, some building
inspectors think so as nit-picking insanity....
Being evicted from any home is a big deal, and that is not for some
Money Launderer to solely decide....

|>shows that this bad landlord or someone with the exact same name has donated
|>a paltry prize to an auction. It is number 17 in the list. Children of the
|>rich man get the best and he doesn't care how many ppl he hurts to make
|>money.
|>
I wonder where these guys hide 24/7 I mean when they come down from
their so full of themselves drug trip....
|>Could be the same bad landlord. Vancouver-Fairview NDP MLA Gregor Robertson
|>is trying to do something about this and I hope he succeeds. Ethical
|>businessmen are doing quite well in this economy and there is no need for
|>the Tsiandoulas type of landlord in BC. I know personally elderly ppl who
|>have been through this and it is horribly unfair.
|>
Could be, wolfpacks all travel together, although I don't know what sort
of clientele/tenants they have, but if they are decent people, the matter should
be adjourned to a hearing, or some civil action...
Maybe they should contact...before it happens too us:
