Hello buddies,
I'm Jezz and I'm from India. I'll be moving to London very soon and I want to buy a London house. I googled buy property in London and found a website www.propsavvy.com and I was impressed by their property deals. I have not talked to them, but before that can anyone please help me in my following queries:
1) As I'm a person moving to London, can I directly contact the agents there to help me find a property or are there any other formalities I should undergo?
2) Will there be any extra taxes(as I'm not British) or any other formalities before buying a property?
3) I have read of mortgages there. What exactly are these mortgages?
Please help me with your whole heart....
