Civil Rights to destroy houses doesn't exist. If the poor are destroying the
houses in a city, they must be stopped.

In St. Louis, the housing stock has plummeted from 1,000,000 units to only
325,000 units in only 30 years. In fact, the same estimated 100,000 losers
have been wrecking these houses year by year and unit by unit, but the city,
state, and federal governments have made no laws to stop them. HUD actually
puts those who wreck their dwellings into another place right away, even if
they've wrecked the last place. HUD doesn't care. Civil rights takes
precedence over sanity in protecting our housing.

It should be a worse crime to destroy a house than to kill a person. Here's
why: When you kill a person, it affects his or her family and friends.
However, when you kill a house that is built to last 1,000 years such as the
brick houses in St. Louis, you kill it for 50 generations of people who
cannot utilize it. This affects 2,000 people. This is a grave EVIL.

I propose a law which forces persons who have wrecked any house to take out
house insurance before being issued an occupancy permit again, insurance
which would be used to rebuild their present house which they are going to
live in from the ground up if necessary. Insurance on such social losers
would probably be expensive, but this would give them a real economic
incentive not to destroy a house and would punish them severely for doing
so.

The point is to protect the housing stock in American cities and suburbs
from marginal and highly destructive individuals. We cannot continue to
allow this.

No money for insurance? Okay. The alternative is to give them a clapboard
house with no appliances so they can't wreck it. Clapboard is so strong, no
one can wreck it easily.

But, no.

HUD wants to give them a brand new $120,000 house, far more expensive than
working people can afford. They are jerks. And the cities are doomed. We
might as well just give up. It's all over. The country is on its way right
down the sewer. Eventually it will be like Africa and Mexico. Filth,
poverty, ignorance, violent governments, death in the streets, disease, etc.
Then, they will remember these as the good old days as they whine about
their problems. Because they will whine no matter what...
