I use a Sears brand charger that has a battery test option on it. But the
most important features I find are..

1) can select either 10 amp or 2 amp charge
2) the charger can be plugged in all the time, it senses when the battery is
fully charged and then shuts off the juice and when it is in need of a chrge
again it turns the juice back on
3) It only cost me $55.00 which I found to be fairly reasonable.
4) Sears has a good warranty and customer satisfaction program for the
products that they sell.
