HI, all.

I have a spare FB105 here, and I need a simple ethernet NAT router. I'm
sure I can press it into service.

Does anyone have a guick guide on how to set it up as follows:

WAN: DHCP Client.
LAN: all 4 ports to be a simple switch on the LAN side. FB LAN-side LAN
address / mask / gateway to be manually configured. NAT turned on.

Basically, I want to make a NAT-ed sandbox mini-LAN inside my real LAN for
testing stuff. The FB would be the NAT device, taking one IP from my real
LAN on it's WAN side. No requirement for DHCP server or anything fancy .
Just something I can point to as a Default GW within the sandbox LAN.

Sounds trivial, but what's the easiest way to acomplish this?

Yes it it. I found that,thanks.

Oddly, I am seeing EIGRP broadcasts on the INSIDE from my cisco routers on
the OUTSIDE. I'm not sure I understand why they are getting passed in thru
the NAT. Nothing else is.

All working otherwise.

By default stealth (or transparency mode) is enabled too. Depending on what
filters you have in place I think this will explain what you are seeing.
Try turning stealth off.via "setup" - "stealth" - and tick the "all
stealth" in the disable list.
