TV news tonight shows a man in Norway who has had an old painting on his
living room wall for twenty years.
An American art expert has said this painting is painted by Tizian (?) and
may be dated back to the 1500's.

On the other hand - the paintings on my living room walls are of a so small
value that I must pay someone to get rid of them.

I have maps. And a photo of a hot air balloon.

No paintings at all? Serious or joke?
I can't imagine any Norwegian home without a single painting.
We have many, but none of them are valuable, classical art.
Except for one. Which in fact is a printed copy of Rembrandt van Rijn's
famous "Die Nachtwacht".
Which we bought in Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.

Yes, a very good idea Jean.
Even better if the contributors could come up with a picture of their
favourite wall.
On display at ***picturetrail.com*** or something else.

Oooooooooh. I LIKE that idea. I would take that pic (although I
don't know that one pic would capture my favorite wall) but am
helpless about posting such a thing.
