Yup. I'm getting an empty page that says image hosted by tripod in
the upper left hand corner. Sniff.

Do you use it Janie, or is it just for show? When we were first
married David's mother gave us a quilt that was made by his great
grandmother. She had just finished the top. So my mil got some
ladies from the church together and they put the bottom on.
We wore it out. We were young and dumb and so poor, and we never
thought of it as a family heirloom but more a warm blanket for us!
We never knew the story behind any of the material in it either.

I know this has got be a dumb question, but what type paint did you use?
Love the way you did it...want to come to Texas and do mine if the granddaughter
doesn't? <g>
I've got one of "those" fences and my granddaughter wants to paint it...and I
want her to...nice place for her to practice.... I'm going to make me a place in
the yard for just me...a get away, serenity place...a place to just sit and read
and enjoy flowers, birds and peacefulness....BUT that fence needs something
done.
My sil is a retired art teacher and she has a fence on one side of her yard that
she painted flowers on and has some sort of India dressing and all hanging on
it..looks beautiful....
