Sexism & racism are tools used to explain failure in what ever venture
the user of the term may be endeavouring in. Example:
I have had jobs in the past in which I have been unable to be upwardly
mobile. This was due to a inability to 'get along' with the boss or
lack of real commitment to the position (reluctance to work overtime
due to family commitments, the job was not my life, etc) I kept my job
because I was good at it, but felt I was being 'held back' because of
the afore mentioned. So what did I do? Changed Jobs!
Don't cry racism or sexism to get ahead, move jobs to where you are
appreciated! Rather that seek a smoothed pathway up the ladder.
Religion is used as similar tool!
Veils for example shield the face of the wearer and prevent real
social interaction. The face contains over 200 muscles to convey
expressions needed to communicate properly. The face can be a very
clear give away to the individuals intentions when engaged in
conversation, so to hide the face hides ones true intentions.
And what do you get if you tell someone it's not ok to teach kids, in
a western school, while wearing a veil: 'It's my religious right!'
If you wanna hide your face away from the outside world fine, just
don't cry 'discrimination' when your not accepted.
Religion in general is a tool used to explain the mystery's of the
universe, a goal man has been in search of since the beginning of our
time, and also to soften the blow of the unavoidable truth that:
We are all going to die, the human race will go extinct, the suns life
will end resulting in the destruction of our solar system and nothing
we ever do really matters, no matter how important we purport
ourselves to be.
