* Inner Love is sort of like a pastel UD X, it's a semi-sheer, pale rosy
pink with a lot of gold shimmer, looks mostly gold unless you look at it
from the right angle, then the pink shows up). It is pretty but it has
CHIPPED after only about 3 days. Not nice. It usually wears better than
this, but it may have chipped because the nail is kind of messed up. One
nail started peeling, so it's a little bumpy, and that's the only place
the polish is chipping. The other 9 nails look fine. I may still take it
off and redo them, though, because I have that new Essie one from my
little Pure Beauty haul yesterday, and I want to try that one out.

MSM to the rescue.

Are you using AHAs on your hands by any chance? They can weaken your nails.
Nail Magic will get your nails in shape pretty fast.

take msm and biotin! they made an amazing difference in my nails.
The health food store guy recommended BioSil, which is supposed to help bones,
nails, joints, etc. But if need be I'll add the MSM as well.
Thanks for the rec, Maladicta.
Nope. Only use either B&BW creams, TBS butters, or Neutrogena hand cream. I
think the problem is hormonal, actually.

If you think so, talk to the doc about a thyroid panel (hypothyroidism being the
source of my own nail problems).

Could you tell me what MSM is please?
Elisa
Has anyone else noticed this? I have all these scratches over the polish. I
can't think of anything heavy-duty I've done lately that would have caused
these scratches. They didn't appear until about the 3rd day after I used this
polish, so I know I didn't get these scratches while the polish was still wet.

I do notice these subtle gray scratches or cracks after a few days on the
Sheer Camisole color, but not much on the Endless Pink shade because it
isn't as light. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. Still
it's not too noticeable until maybe the 5th day of wearing, and I still like
that it doesn't chip, so that's worth it for me.

It must be OPI. Great name but what is the color?
Audrey
It is a kind of sparkly russet-y red. It is one of my favorite colors.

That sounds so pretty. I love Bubble Bath! I haven't tried mixing it
with anything but it's nice for that "my nails are polished but don't
really look like it" kind of manicure, that I tend to do when I don't
feel like worrying about or maintaining a bright or dark color.
Until this morning, my fingers were OPI Rosy Future (LOVING this
color!), toes were UD Gash. Later on, I'm planning to put Essie French
Francs (sheer, pale pinkish shade with a lot of shimmer) on fingers, and
I don't know what color on toes yet.

MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane, which is an organic form of
sulphur. It's touted along with chondroitin and glucosamine for
soothing achy joints. I've taken it for the benefit of my skin w/o
noticeable improvement yet; however, my ankle and knee have been
bothering me less than usual.
