TIA,

Most likely you are not going to find authentic LV on a website (and they
are never sold wholesale) and most of them are indeed fake on yahoo, even if
the pictures look real because they are most likely stolen off eluxury.com.
As for ebay, most are fake, but if you do your research you'll find some
authentic ones, though it'll take some time to search and research. Check
http://www.mypoupette.com/ for recommended LV sellers on ebay.
I think it's pretty risky to buy designer bags from online websites (for
some reason I feel iffy about some of those Guccis on yahoo websites like
pursestoday.com, handbagsdiva.com, etc.) and actually think it's better to
buy from ebay as long as you do your homework and make sure the seller has
an excellent reputation, that they "gurantee authenticity," provide a
refund, etc. Also, you might want to look for sales on eluxury.com and
shopbop.com for Marc Jacobs. The website www.purseappeal.com looks okay
(less iffy looking than the yahoo websites), but I am not sure. Good luck!

I'm going to agree with Laurie, having almost been ripped off on ebay
by a seller who tried to pawn off a fake LV bag with Eluxury receipts,
LV tags, etc. on me. Even I wasn't sure it wasn't real until I took
it to the store in the KOP mall. I was lucky enough to get my money
back, but I'd never buy a bag whose authenticity was important to me
from ebay. I sucked it up and bought my bucket from Eluxury.com. At
least I saved sales tax.. and got free shipping. As far as other
brands go, I've seen Prada on bluefly.com for 30% off, I'm not sure
what else they have but it might be worth a look.
Good luck!

Good luck!
