"Ring for Jeeves" is a novel in which Bertie Wooster is absent, and
Jeeves,
on loan, makes only rare appearances.
Pages quoted below are from my current Arrow version.
The Bigger Family is mentioned by PGW as a game played by kids (pg.
82),
and I've compressed and formalised it thus:

Q: Which is bigger, Mr Bigger or Mrs Bigger? (pg.82)
A: Mr.Bigger, because he's father Bigger.

Q: Which is bigger, Mr Bigger or his old maid aunt?
A: The old maid aunt, because, whatever happens, she's always Bigger.
(pg.83)

Q: Which is bigger, Mr Bigger or Master Bigger? (pg.85)
A: Master Bigger, because he's a little Bigger.

Q: Which is bigger, Captain Biggar or Mrs.Biggar? (pg.239-240)
A: Mrs. Biggar, because she became Biggar.

The last Q&A might seem to contradict the first, but PGW got around
that.

As a matter of fact, old boy, "Ring For Jeeves" ("The Return Of
Jeeves" in the US) was based on a play "Carry on Jeeves" which
Wodehouse had written with his old friend and collaborator, Guy
Bolton. A lot of the dialogue may be attributed to Guy Bolton as the
patter doesn't run quite true to our previous experience of Jeeves. I
strongly suspect the Biggar jokes come from Bolton.

I remember hearing that joke a long time ago and there was so much more to it. Like...

Mrs. Bigger's husband died and she married his brother so that makes her two times bigger.

Mr. and Mrs. Bigger went to see Niagara Falls. Mr. Bigger tripped and fell over the fence into the falls. Now who's bigger? He is. He's a dam site bigger!

Does anyone know more?

Which is bigger, Mr Bigger or his brother John Bigger with whom he has just had an argument?

Mr Bigger because he apologised.

This seems more punny:
Mrs Biggar became bigger upon becoming Biggar.
