Then he stopped doing GFFA stuff and we cried and mourned and
wanted more, but money kept rolling in and he saw it was still
good.
Then he decided to let others create in the GFFA and Chronicler
Timothy Zahn was invited to write, and he saw it was good, and we
do not know whether Lucas saw it was good or not, but we saw it
was really, really good.
Then Dark Empire was written and JA3 was written, and Lucas did
not look any more, but we saw those weren't so good.
Then Michael A. Stackpole was told to write in the GFFA and KJA
told him that using Wedge was good, and _that_ was very good, so
KJA did his quota of good in the GFFA, and that was good.
Then Chronicler Mike wrote stories and we saw that those were
really, really good. These stories had Wedge and pilots, and we
all knew Wedge and pilots were good.
Then Chronicler Aaron Allston wrote more stories and we saw that
those were really, really good. These stories had Wedge and more
pilots, and we all knew Wedge and more pilots were good.
(Then some more stuff was written, and we saw that some were good
and some weren't good. Then there was a veritable mass of material
in the end, and some were good and some weren't so good.)
Then Chroniclers Stackpole, Allston and Zahn wrote one more story
each (even though Zahn's story was long and it took two books). We
saw that those wrapped up the storyline and were very, very good.
In the meantime, Lucas decided to come back to the playground and
do more GFFA stuff. He first changed some of what he'd done before
and said "that was what I'd meant" and he thought it was good, but
we thought some of it was not so good. But he saw money rolling in
more and more and he saw that was good.
Then he said "I shall do the past story", and he did the Phantom
Menace, and he saw that it was good, and we saw that it was good...
ish...sort of.
Then Lucas' helpers decided to start a new storyline, farther in
the future as Lucas was writing more in the past; many Chroniclers
they gathered, some old and some new, and Chroniclers Stackpole and
Tyers were in the gathering. And we were excited and we saw that
was good, and they also saw that it was good.
Then these tales started rolling out, and we saw that these tales
were painful and scary and tense and downright hurtful sometimes; we
cowered, but we also saw that this was change and change was good.
But we learned one change was Chronicler Michael Stackpole retiring
for the time being, and that was not so good.
Then the tales continued and we heard that Chronicler Allston was
going to write some and we were excited and that was good.
So the greater tale continues, and we come together and debate and
write and read and expect, and these are all good...
