Looks and fav Rogues - a poll

Hey everyone,

you probably know of the theory that when looking for a partner, people
look for someone who is a contrast to them. Probably to increase genetic
diversity. Anyway, this includes that people tend to find others with
different hair color, eye color, etc. more attractive than those with
matching ones.
I'm curious if there's anything to this theory... and the Rogues nicely
represent many different types.

I'm a good example for it: My hair and eyes are dark brown, my skin
white but of the brownish-no-sunburn-kind, and the pilot I like most
(including looks) is Tycho.

So, which Rogue/Wraith do you find most attractive (physically) and what
do you look like (hair/eyes/skin/etc...)?

Check, check and check, but it doesn't necessarily hold in my
real life colour preference...

Hmm.

Well, I've never actually thought about which Rogue/Wraith I find most
attractive in looks, but I seem to be overly fascinated with Corran to some
extent, so I choose him. I have the brown hair in common with him, but not
much else. I'm tall and blue-eyed. And my eyes aren't as good as his,
since I wear glasses. Then again, although outer appearance can be a factor
(it's nice to have someone pleasing to look at), I find I am usually more
concerned with who a person really is. Especially when it comes to
fictional characters in a book.

I think this theory may have some merit. Although they're not Rogues, I've
always thought that Leia and Amidala were gorgeous. They've both got brown
eyes, dark hair, and are both fairly short. I'm tall and have blue eyes and
lightish brown hair. So that's pretty opposite.

Now, as for this partner thing...if anyone can get me hooked up with Natalie
Portman... :-)

Orange hair (hate the term "red"), green eyes, and pale pale skin, to the
point of blinding ppl with it when I'm out in the sun <g> and I'm drawn
mostly to Wes and other dark-haired men with light(er) eyes. Although, my
ultimate dream guy has dark eyes, I'm usually attracted to men who aren't
your standard "good looking" men. While your Brad Pitts, Ricky Martins, and
Tom Cruises are fun to look at, they don't hold my attention like a Harrison
Ford, Kevin Spacey, (Denis Lawson <g>) or a Sam Neill. :)

That theory would hold for me in the SW universe, but in few others.

I've brown eyes and reddish brown hair.

I really dig Tycho. ;-)

Doesn't seem to hold for "real life" preferences, but they seem to vary a
lot. I'm more of a personality than looks. As for fictional characters?
Hmm...F'lar has black hair and amber eyes...Miguel has black hair and
dark eyes....Korren has sandy hair and brown eyes...nope, it varies.

I don't think that's how the scoring system should work. I managed to

half for that one. Just because you didn't like getting dragged into this,

So, I'm a dog. (Technically, a wolf, I suppose). Single people are allowed
to go after coupled up individuals, but those in a couple should be true to
each other, and nobly resist temptation ...

And if you believe that I believe that, I've got a bridge to sell.

Actually, I'd be more interested in the anatomically correct version.

Wasn't it the "Gripping Hand Wedge" that got us into this whole mess, way
back in the classic toys thread?

She knows about us. I mean, how else could I get her to agree to
participate in group sex with you? What she _doesn't_ know is that I'm
revealing our sexual behaviours on the net ...

What? You're ditching me over a movie?? And not even a Star Wars movie??? I
*knew* it was too good to be true, you've been stringing me along all this
time haven't you? Just looking for an excuse. huh. Time to bring out my
options...a) boiling your rabbit, b) luring you back with the promise of
....*stuff*<wg>, c) exhaling, d) getting on with life.
I'll let you choose ;)

Of course, she'd kill me if she knew that I'd said that. But hey, I gotta
live dangerously.

Are you sure that they didn't just do a pre-frontal lobotomy when they did
