Do I evaluate that as D**(I**(C**(K**(I**E)))) or just as an inefficient way
to code D**(I*C*K*I*E)? Also, it's SAAB - you know, swedish car, with lots of
crash protection and other safety features, and never gets stolen by kids
joy riding, because they wouldn't be seen dead in a car that shape.(*)

If it's the latter, it's certainly *very* inefficient, considering that
D**(I*C*K*I*E) doesn't evaluate to the same value as D**(I**(C**(K**(I**E)))),
except for trivial cases (e.g., D=I=C=K=I=E=1)
