The gal in pink is doing manga Utena from the covers of volume 1 and 2.
In volume 3, manga Utena adopted the black jacket of TV Utena.

Ah, thank you. I was thrown because of the boots and because the jacket
looked more red than pink. If it had been more of the pastel pink that I'm
used to with Manga Utena, I might have recognized it.
