Could be, but maybe there is another reason: During the Mexicoconcert he
dedicated One to Micheal Hutchence. He said: ,,I'm sorry... I'm sorry, for
Micheal Hutchence.'' In the Sweetest Thing-video there is a marching fanfare
which wearing the same clothes as the boys on an albumcover of INXS; there
is a group which is play the violins like in a INXS-video.
Maybe this is only a coincidence, but who knows...

Hey thanks for the hint but an ANSWER would be more helpful. I don't
have time to sit around and watch videos all day to see the beginning.
I have to go to *work* and *school* and stuff. So whenever I catch it
is when I am flipping channels, and it is already halfway through. So
enlighten me, would ya?

I believe Bono is saying sorry to Ali, his wife. He missed her birthday
once, and wrote her the song to say sorry. And Bono is saying sorry to,
*possibly*, Michael Huctense, saying sorry alot like at the Mexico POPMART.
I also think that the band they used in the video are dressed up like the
members of INXS were on one of their album covers. Hope that helps...

Too long at exactly 3 minutes? They're just sods, that's all. It's nothing to
do with length.

Aha, thank you for confirming what I thought. When I saw that band in their
uniforms, I wondered if it was the same band that INXS had pictured on their
Welcome To Wherever You Are album.
