Don't know..
I attempted to start a new newsgroup (a better one not so focused on his
death -- dead.dead.dead)
But it turns out it's way more difficult and hard to start one then I
thought..
You have to go through a lot of shit and be approved several times. I just
said forget it...

heh.. still not really sure..
has something to do with writing a proposal, and then you get approved or
voted on my a few newsgroups i.e. alt.config or this other one - forgot..
And then I don't know.. it just seems like an unorganized long process.. I
decided to not get involved with it.
