undercover in Iraq getting a couple of stories from there, and Internet access
is almost non-existent inside Iraq, we apologise for any inconvience that this

RECALL OF CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR NEAR, SAY INSIDERS
SACRAMENTO, California (ADMS) - The drive to recall California governor
Grey Davis could be coming near. There are reports that they may be close to
gathering enough siganatures for the effort.
The effort to recall the governor, in the opinion of THIS E-zine, is the
result of attempts by the NAZIS of the Religious Right to gain power in
California, the only large state they do not have political control in. As
we have said before, the Republican party has been taken over by the NAZIS
of the so-called Religious Right, they same people who brought you the
CDA, Hyde-Blyely Act, DMCA, COPA, COPPA, Patriot Act, Omnibus "anti-terrorism"
act of 1995, Helms-Burton, and a lot of other attempts to stifle freedom, not
only in the USA, but worldwide as well. These people also attempted to
influence censorship legislation in Australia, in 1999.
The Republican party should re-name itself the Fascist party, with all the
right-wing extremists who control the party now. This all comes from the fact
that California is facing a budget crisis equal to about AUS$56.7 billion at
current exchange rate. They are trying to use this to bring right-wing control
to California. California is the largest of the 49 states of the Union
(with 35.1 million inhabitants, about 12.1 percent of the US population). It
is also the only state that the Republican party does not have signfigant
control of.
They Facists who control the US Government now need to discredit their
opponents in California now, if they are to maintain their control over the
US Government in 2004. California will, in the next election, make up more
than 20 percent of the electoral votes for President. This is what the recall
election is all about.
CANADA TO GET 4th-EVER WORLDS IN 2006
CALGARY, Canada (ADMS) - Canada will be getting its fourth-ever world figure
skating championships, in 2006. Calgary has been selected by the ISU to host
the 2006 World figure skating championships
This is only the FOURTH time that Canada has EVER hosted the World Figure
skating championships. The other three times have been 1990 (Halifax),
1996 (Edmonton), and 2001 (Vancouver). Canada is proving itself a viable
host for Worlds, now having hosted four worlds in only 16 years. For the
North American continent, it will be the 9th time that Worlds have ever been
held in a North American city. Worlds have previous been held in
1932 (New York), 1987 (Havana), 1990 (Halifax), 1992 (Alameda), 1996 (Edmonton)
, 1998 (Havana), 2001 (Vancouver), and 2003 (Havana (*) - see foonote).
This will be the only the second time ever that the Candian province of
Alberta has ever hosted Worlds (Edmonton, which hosted Worlds in 1996, is also
in Alberta). Calgary was the host of the 1998 Olympics, and is also the
capital of the province of Alberta.
For a long time, North America was virtually ignored in the world of figure
skating. In almost 108 years of the ISU, there have been (counting Mexico, and the Carribbean),
a total of 10 ladies (Heiss,Burka,Fleming,Magnussen,Hamill,Zayack,Witt,Tomas,
Kwan, Lapinski), 7 men (Button, Jackson, McPherson,Hamilton,Orsur,Browning, Eldridge),
3 pairs (Jelenek/Jelenek, Babilonia/Gardner, Sale/Pelletier), and 1 dance couple (Bourne/Kraatz) to
win world championships, from a North American country. The number of champions
from Europe in all discplines far outnumbers those from North America, so this
has caused locations outside of Europe to be overlooked. There has, for
example, only been TWO Worlds that have EVER been held in Asia, 1994 (Japan)
and 2002 (Vietnam). There have been three world champions from Asia (three
ladies), who have won world titles, Midore Ito (1989), Cristi Yamaguchi (1991
and 1992), and Yuka Sato (1994). Yamaguchi, now expecting her first child in
October, won the gold medal for Japan at the 1992 Olympics, is married to
Meixcan born hockey player, Bretero Ulloa Hadican, and the couple currently
live in a palacial estate in Puerto Vallarta. Hadican currently plays for the
Carolina Hurricaines hockey team.

U.S. MARINES ACCUSED OF RAPE IN IRAQ
SUWAIRA, Iraq (ADMS) - There are allegations of rape by U.S. Marines in
Suwaira, Iraq. Townspeople allege that 14 and 15 year old girls were raped
in the town about 180 kilometers south of Baghdad.
The Sunni-run As-Saah newspaper accused unidentified soliders of raping
two girls, ages 14 and 15 earlier in the month. Naturally, the U.S.-run
Gestapo is denying the charges, and is doing everything to obstruct any
invesitigation of what, is in the opinion of THIS E-zine, a war crime, and that
should be investigated and prosecuted by international war crimes tribunals
in The Hague.
This is typical of Gestapo tactics of the NAZI kind. In World War II,
German soldiers often raped women in occupied areas. When you look at what
supposedly happened in Iraq, it is almost the same thing. The United States
is being run by FASCISTS and NAZIS of the Religious Right who are hell-bent
on DESTROYING *EVERY* country that refuses to knuckle under to their right-wing
extremist ways.
The individuals responsible for this should be found, and then tried in an
appropriate war-crimes tribunal, and be EXECUTED. This E-zine does not normally
support the death penalty, but we DO support it for treason, terrorism, and
for Crimes Against Humanity (war crimes). The U.S. soldiers that did this
should be brought before a war crimes tribunal, tried, convicted, and EXECUTED
for what they did. We call upon the War Crimes Tribunal to convene and
invesitage this matter and take the appropriate prosecutorial action.
U.S. SOLDIERS EMPLOYING GESTAPO TACTICS IN NORTHERN IRAQ
BALAD, Iraq (ADMS) - If there is ever proof that the United States is
looking more like 1930s Germany, you only need to look at a sweep of homes in
Balad, in northern Iraq. U.S. soldiers have been bursting into homes in Balad,
Iraq, in Gestapo-like fashion.
There have been early-morning raids in this town, about 100 km north of
Baghdad, where U.S. soldiers have been bursting in, and then pointing their
guns and women and children, while tearing the houses upside down. This is
no different than what German soldiers did in occupied Europe during the
second world war.
Our undercover investigation inside of Iraq has revealed that U.S. soldiers
have been using Gestapo-like tactics all over the area. This is why there is
a growing resentment against U.S. occupation forces inside of Iraq. The
American Gestapo will not be stopped until George Bush is voted out of office
in the U.S.
There are some who want to tinker with the 22nd Amendment, which currently
limits the President to two terms. You have to consider what happened in
Nazi Germany. Adolf Hitler was the only dictator in history to have ever been
elected to office. Hitler was elected in 1934 and 1937. Unless the American
people wake up to what is happening, the United Stats will become very much
like 1930s Germany.
SAVAGE LAWSUIT THREATENS RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH
SANTA CRUZ, California (ADMS) - The right wingers are once again trying to
silence their critics. Michael Savage has filed a lawsuit against three
websites, michaelsavagesucks.com, savagestupidity.copm, and
takebackthemedia.com
The lawsuits have been file becuase these websites have organised an
apparently successful boycott against against his advertisers. In short, this
is an attempt by the extreme right wing in America to silence their critics.
The right wing fascists, such as those in the Administration are trying to
silence their critics.
And this should not be too surprising, as there are those, in several
Christian-fundamentalist organisations that have been tryhing to identify us
for YEARS, for, among other things, trying to organise a boycott of the
1996 Olympics in Atlanta to protest the CDA. But what REALLY made the
Christian fundamemtalist loonies HOPPING MAD, was the December 7, 1995 edition
of our E-zine, which made some less-than-flattering commentary about the
Director Of Legal Studies at one of these loony organisations. I received
some nasty, and I mean NASTY E-mail in my inbox saying that she was filing
libel and slander suits against my E-zine, and that the case was beinng
referred to the US Attorneys office in Roaanoake, Virginia, for possible
prosecution under the Alien and Sedition Acts, which make it ILLEGAL to
criticise the United States government, or any bill in Congress.
What is going on with the three sites now being sued by savage is not a
heck of lot different than what my E-zine did to the Director of Legal Studies
at one of the so-called "family values" sites. These three sites have, at
times, put out less-than-flattering commeentary about Savage, just as we wid
did with the Religious Right, back in 1995.
Of course, one of these organisations also accused this E-zine, back in
March of 1995, of causing Nicole Bobeck to fall from 1st to third at the
World Figure Skating Championships. I also received a nasty E-amil calling
my E-zine anti-American, and an enemy of the USA. They blamed my E-zine for
Bobeck's fall, becuase of some commentary we posted. And it would be hard to
disprove. There is no POSSIBLE explantion for Nicole being first in Qualifying
first in long, but only FOURTH in the short. Nicole did skate far better than
her marks that night.
This brings up another question, which would a fundametalist loonie group
in Virginia Beach (at that time) be interested in what our commentary may
or may not have done to a figure skaeter's marks. Virginia Beach, or nearby
Roanake, has NO clubs, rinks, or skaters affiliated with the USFSA. There has
NEVER been a Virginia native who has been an elite level skater. There are
NO ice rinks in Virginia, PERIOD.
SOME CHARGES IN STEWART CASE COULD PARE DOWN DEFENDANTS RIGHTS
NEW YORK CITY (ADMS) - There are some charges in the Martha Stewart case
could be potentially alarming, if she is convicted on those specific charges.
The proscutors are way out of control on this one.
One of the securities farud charges is based on the fact that she went before
the media and denied ever being involved in any insider stock trading. What
the prosecution is trying to do is make it a crime to go before the TV cameras
in any crime.
What the goverment is trying to do is make it a crime to go before the
public and rally public support for your case if you are being prosecuted/
investigated. While I will agree she should do jail time if she has broken
the law, prosecuting someone for going before the mics and denying the charges
is just plain WRONG.
Using this logic, there are many other people who could have had the book
thrown at them. While there is no doubt, for example that Tonya Harding was
involved in the plot to whack Nancy in 1994, Tonya could have, by this logic,
have been charged with a crime for her Jan 29, 1994 press conference where
she denied involvement in the plot. In short, it is one of many attempts by the
facists now controlling the fascists of the Imoted States Goverment to turn
the United States into a fascist dictatorship.
NEW PATRIOT ACT WOULD THREATEN CIVIL RIGHTS
WASHINGTON, DC (ADMS) - Several proposed new changes to the Partiot Act
would make virtually all of those who criticise the USA government terrorists.
These new laws make it illegal to criticise the USA government.
There are already laws on the books which make it illegal to criticise the
U.S. Government, particulary the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1799. However,
the new laws against "material support" of terrorists also would make
the mere act of speaking out against the U.S. government a form of terrorism.
Basically, ANYONE who speaks out against the U.S., REGARDLESS of what
country they lived in and REGARDLESS of their citizenship could be labelled
a terrorist by the U.S. Attorney General. For example, someone in Canada who
posts anything that criticises the recent war on Iraq, would be labelled a
terrorist, and the U.S. could them press for that persons extradition to the
United States to stand trial.
The United States is rapidly becoming a facist dictatorship and more and
more like 1930s Germany. My college prefessor said from the USA said once that
America was "beginnig to look like Germany just before the second world war",
and he was right.
Those who criticise the US Government will now have to hide behind anonymous
remailers, offshore proxy severs, and anonymoizers, to keep from being labelled
terrorists by the United States government.
