The Three passed over the sea to the Undying Lands (though whether their
power waned as Elrond and some of the other Wise had postulated at various
times prior to the One's destructions I am unsure of. Speculation and
literary evidence either way is welcome :) The Nazgūl and the Nine perished
with their fell master, but they were ultimately a part of his corruption.
What of the Seven? There were three remaining, from my understanding, being
held by Sauron as a lure for the Dwarves to join his side.

Would the remaining Dwarven rings has lost their power with the destruction
of the One? Could an enterprising Dwarf have had a bit of a fossick around
the ruins of the Barad-Dūr and become very rich overnight?

No. All of the rings were bound up with the power of the One Ring.
When it was destroyed the power of these rings failed as well. Any
dwarf who found one of the 3 that Sauron had recovered would have a
pretty piece of jewelry, but nothing else. I seriously doubt that
anyone would be interested in recovering the rings. I imagine that
even after the downfall of Sauron, the fear and terror that he
inspired would linger among the ruins of Barad-dur even as the terror
of the Nazgul lingered in Minas Morgul long after they had passed
away.

Hi,

just as the nine the seven were perverted by Sauron, and they must have had
the same fate as the nine had. Since the nine have lost their powers so
have the seven. Whether the three have lost their power or no doesnt
matter, since the moved to the undying lands, which has the same power,
just stronger.

greetings,
