The blurb following the preview kind of implies that the material has
not been published before, but it doesn't say so explicitly. Does
anyone here know for certain?

Reading only the first few pages, it seems to me that it was published
in /HOME/.

Just in a different form, and more spread out.

But it should be a nifty compendium of that material.
