As far as information. I am pretty sure that it is the only movie he has been in.
The Internet Movie Database shows two David Arnotts. They have about the same number of
credits and the years are the same. I would guess that the two are the same actor.
My guess would be a confusing situatiuon. I bet David Arnott "Criss Cross" 1 credit.
The other David Arnott(who judging ny the shows/movies listed is in his mid 20s) has
several credits.
Help!! I am in an explanation that has confused me.!!!
Basically the is a David Arnott w/ 1 credit(your young man) and a David Arnott w/
several credits. The two are mixed together.
As for David I would guess that he is now 17-19 living in whatever southern town he came
from.
BTW, I just bought the movie fron IVC!!

Yeah, that was confusing...I had an old article about him sometime back,
and CrisCross was one of his first (if not THE first) major movie he's
done, so I figure he's the one the the Database witht he fewer credits.
He's also a few years younger than me, and I'm 19, so I'd say he's 16 or
so.

This is indeed one of those confusing ones because there are two separate
David Arnotts. (Some names are repeated as many as 5 different times on
the IMDb!) If it were the same David Arnott, it would mean he played the
role of a bank teller when he was about 8, and wrote the screenplay for
"Last Action Hero" before he filmed Criss Cross! <g>
Generally, the Screen Actors' Guild limits their registry to one name.
The confusion comes in when people have been in a non-SAG role, made films
in a non-US jurisdiction, etc. How it happened in this case I just don't
know.
There was supposed to be a new movie being made with one or the other
David Arnott in it. However, the film has disappeared from the pages of
H'wood Reporter, so I suspect it is dead. (Scheduled to start shooting on
Oct 1, it isn't in the "In Production" section at the end of October. They
haven't finished films that quick since John Ford died!)

Just to confuse matters more, there's -another- David Arnott listed as
having been one of the co-creators of *The Last Action Hero*. May even
be the same person, for all I know, as I understand the original concept
got to Ah-nold by way of some teens sending in an idea.
In a somewhat related note. I notice sites such as Astra's list have the same actors
listed twice. The one I know is there is Will Friedle and William Friedle.
Kinda like DaytonaK's link page having the same link 4 and 5 times:)
Or Star Galaxy having 250+ pics of JTT and 6 or 7 are the same one.
You all know the one blue overalls, no shirt, close-up of his big blues.
Also, Vonni Ribisi and Giovonni Ribisi are listed as two seperate
actors, when they are really one and the same.
