want. It is 100% a Boy lovers group. Except there they don't deny it.

Andrzej Wajda's 1982 historical epic about the Reign of Terror
following
the French Revolution. It is a joint French/ Polish production, and won
the Cesar award for best director.
For boy-watchers, the two "bookend" scenes are of interest. A scene
near
the beginning shows a boy memorizing the "Declaration of the Rights of
Man and Citizen". In the final scene of the movie (after all the
intrigues and the mayhem) the boy is brought before Robespierre to
recite what he has learned; as the boy recites, Robespierre sees that
he
has become a tyrant every bit as bad as the ones denounced in the
Declaration. Each of these scenes is only about a minute long--making 2
minutes out of the 2-hour film. But the non-boy parts of the film are
quite absorbing also.
The boy, played by Angel Sedgwick, is an 8-year-old blond kid, just
about the cutest you have ever seen. In the final scene, when he
recites
for Robespierre, he is dressed in his finest clothes. But in the
earlier
scene, he is in the bath. He stands there completely naked, being
bathed
by his older sister, Eleonore (about 20--lucky her). He recites what he
is learning, and when he makes a mistake she (in the age-old manner of
teachers) slaps him on the hand--hard enough to make things wiggle. Now
some observers have said he gets an erection in the scene (from the
great words of the Declaration, or maybe because the girl--lucky
her--is
sponging all over his naked body). But Wajda later said he was unaware
of it. In my opinion there may be no erection, as a boy this age can
just naturally be horizontal. Perhaps connoisseurs of the French
Revolution may want to review the evidence and come to their own
conclusion in this significant dispute.

additional footage such as outtakes (yes, some with nudity),
stills from production, film of the boys arrival in Puerto Rico,
screen tests, the trailers for both this version and the 1990 remake,
and excerpts from a newspaper the boys published.
Also, during the film itself, in addition to the digital audio
track containing the soundtrack there is commentary by several
makers of the film on Analog track 2 providing lots of inside
stories about the production (did you know that except for one
scene all the dialog is dubbed?). There is also narration by
the author, William Golding, on Analog track 1. If you love
Lord of the Flies this is the way to see it!

This is an award-winning but extrememly low-budget film. Unlike any
other.
A boy grows up in a remote Philippine village, always hearing of
America.
Part autobiography, part documentary, part fable, part home movie.
One sequence tells the story of "the day I became a man"--five boys
(around
12, I guess) undergo their circumcisions. The camera does not shy away
from
nudity. The boys go off into the woods. The two men who will do it have
a razor
blade, but the rest of the equipment is carved from wood on the spot.
As one boy
has it done, the next one (standing there nude) clutches at his little
penis in
sympathy. The voice-over describes the narrator's feelings about what
is
about to be done to him. A carved wooden frame is firmly planted
in the ground. A boy kneels there, his foreskin is streatched around
the
frame, the blade is held in place by one man, then the other man
strikes the
blade with a wooden mallet. Several passes may be required. Then the
boy
is bandaged, while the next one steps up. Quite graphic.

Set in the 1600's, a play within the play. An intense movie indeed. The
rape scene is the most disturbing thing I have seen in a long time. By
Act 2 the child of the title looks to be about 6 years old. A blond,
blue-eyed, beautiful, "perfect" boy. Played by Nils Dorando.
There are some nude scenes. Full-frontals for Ralph Fiennes and for
Julia Ormond, and many soldiers in their barracks. But also (of more
interest here) the boy. [Note that Greenaway rarely uses close-ups;
instead he prefers the carefully-framed composition like a Renaissance
painting. So, especially on video, we do not see many "details" in the
nude shots.] An early sequence: when the boy is clothed in his symbolic
raiment he begins nude--a full-length frontal shot. In the counterpart
scene later when it is removed in reverse order he ends nude--again a
full-length shot, this time horizontal. There is a long scene where the
boy, nude, walks back and forth several times, trying to decide between
two alternatives. (One of them is the nude Julia Ormond!) A scene when
the boy is undressed for bed: for an instant he is reclining, nude,
facing the camera, with his knees wide apart.

WHAT THE PEEPER SAW (1972) stars Mark Lester as 12-year-old Marcus.
A suspense film, in which the kid engineers conflict between his
father and his new young step-mother. (Or at least that is what it
seems at first...)
Alternate titles: "Night Hair Child", "Night Child", "Child of the
Night".
Mark Lester has top billing, even though co-star Britt Ekland has more
screen time (the story is seen from her point of view). So he must
have had considerable star power back then, stemming from OLIVER!.
Apparently there is more than one version of the movie (perhaps to
go with all those alternate titles...) The tape from VCI home video
certainly has more Britt Ekland nudity than that described in "The
Bare Facts Video Guide". What the other differences may be, I do not
know.
I wonder how much controversy there was when this movie first came out
(because of its hints of sexual attraction between a 12-year-old boy
and
his step-mother) ??

Could you please keep their movie descriptions out of our newsgroup?
I don't want to come off as being rude but some of the lured
descriptions you posted in these movies, I don't really care to know
about and I'm quite sure others here feel the same, which is why many
of us are here and not there.
Also, most of the people on your list, are not termed "teen idols" as
I've never even heard of them.
If afti was to make a list of TV & film recommendations, the list would
be quite different with a lot more substantial titles.
Sorry to come off as griping you out, but it's just that you made what
is termed a purely descriptive "Boy-Lovers" type post, & many of us do
not feel very comfortable with that here in this newsgroup.

The only thing I can say is this: I posted that under what was termed a
"Wacky Predictions" post for the upcoming year.
When I see someone like Martin Spanjers, Ryan Pinkston, Jesse
McCartney, Zac Efron or Ryan Cooley doing a scene (-I want to say
"Shirtless" but truthfully, some of their scenes were actually far
deeper to the point of being "semi-nude") such as the ones they did in
2004, I see the technical side of what they did. I wasn't as shocked
with Pinkston or McCartney doing such a scene as I was with Spanjers
because there must be a certain type of boldness one has to have to do
such a scene inside a studio full of cameramen, crew, castmates on the
side gawking, and especially if the scene is taped in front of a studio
audience. I remember when Joseph Gordon Levitt did it on "3rd Rock
>From The Sun" there was an incredible amount of "WooHooing!" from the
studio alone while JGL has to try hard to maintain a straight face
pretending his character does not hear any of it.
I've noticed a lot of times when a teen star has a shirtless scene, the
network purposely makes sure to include it in their weekly promos for
the show to get people to watch. Some of shows even put them on the
weekly theme song.
So my "wacky prediction" was more like "Who will be bold enough to be
the first one?"
I think someone followed with naming a boy in a TV commercial ad.
But I don't think they have it as bad as professional actors who are
under different circumstances.
Anyway, I did not make the post in such a manner as, "Who will be the
first performer to take their shirt off so I can get my rocks off?"
I'm sure I could have worded the post a little more better. Most of
the time boys really don't think much of taking their shirts off as we
seen it even done in "Reality" shows like "Bug Juice" & "Boys Alone"
(-or whatever that Brit Reality show was called.).
I mentioned the upcoming nude scene of (an adult teen idol-) Jack where
he's tied to a tree completely naked---which I was sure took quite a
huge amount of embarrassing boldness for him to film especially since
it is outside in front of not only a crew but everyone else
around---but then the WB reaired more to the preview & it seems that it
is not Jack at all but a new character they are adding to the show.
Lastly, Brandon, please please PLEASE tell me you are not who I think
you are who usually posts under the name of Brett. I think I've seen
posts of yours before arguing with him over something or another so I
don't think you are him.
