Okay, you have just discounted one way. What about the rest of them?
No recipes for roommate stew to press upon bankers offering loans to

Cool. How weird can you get? Maybe the closets will "come out of the
closet." [That's not funny, damnit!]

And the little kids scream "OHMIGOD! It's a Canadian Gay Comic!"
I probably have to tell them that it's not Scott Thompson.

Kat> Well, no. But we'll get our "Neil" cooking soon enough!

Well, as an old hand at sad-old-hippy cooking, perhaps I should share
my (formerly) secret recipe for Lentil Gunk:

* Fry onions and lots of garlic in oil in a saucepan until soft.
* Add cumin, corainder, turmeric and any other spices you have handy.
Use lots.
* Fry some cubed or diced root vegetables (carrots, swede and sweet
potato are personal favourite choices). In the same pan, obviously.
* Add rice and fry briefly (you need to get the grains coated with
oil). Add lentils, and water. (I use 1/2 mug rice, 1/4 lentils,
about 1 1/2 water).
* Cover and leave until water is absorbed.

* Throw the bloody horrible muck out and phone fer a pizza. You know
it makes sense.

That's good. Any complaints, direct 'em at me. I work for housing. I

i just drink whatever is the cheapest.. my beer of choice is actually
McSorley's Ale or Guiness on the rare chance that i can afford it that night..

yup.. well.. in only 10 days now, i'm hitting that plane and i get to go back

i like NYC too, i just don't get out around the city as much as i should.. but
i'm still gonna be happy to return to the dreary old southern suburbs in a
couple days.. it'll be a good break.

we did.. since it had snowed a bit earlier in the day, south lawn was half
snow and half mud (smud?), so it made for real fun playing.. everyone was just
liberally coated in mud.. my jersey is brown now.. :)
Aaron
going to fail his Lit Hum final because he didn't actually read anything..

I think I speak too much English for that job.

You and I have VERY different mindsets on this particular point, my
friend. I'd be happy never to see the suburbs again.

That's always a good sign. I think...

Here's a secret for ya: no one EVER fails Core classes. Good luck
anyway!

Kat

since you're obviously literate and seem to be able to speak at all, yeah, you're probably counted out immediately..

i've now stayed up for the last three nights and gotten 8 hours of sleep over
those three nights.. now i have to scavenge for food with the two dollars i
have left and then stay up tonight and tomorrow night studying for my chem
final on friday..

yeah.. we played again tuesday night, right before my 8-hour stay in butler
for the second night in a row.

yeah.. i ended up w/ a C+ in there.. ohwell.. now it just comes down to what i
ended up getting on my calc final earlier today.. it determines whether i
pass/fail.. i pass/failed calc and i had a D/F average going into the final..
yeesh.. i like to pull it close..
Aaron
who had so much calc in his head he forgot how to walk.

By the time you are an old and crusty senior like myself, you will no
longer torture yourself over finals. I studied maybe 10 hours combined
for the three I had (should have been more, but I slept instead of
studying for nihongo) and spent another 10 doing the last of the stuff for
my bio lab. And a good portion of that bio lab stuff was because of
computer problems. School and finals are weird fake artificial stress.

I gotta figure out if, as a premed, I can pass/fail major science courses.
I think I'm going to ask my dean anonymously.
