(AFS) Administrivia - list closure

With traffic becoming sparse over the last year or so, and changes
in my life that require my time elsewhere, the time has come to
close the Vulcan-L and Vulcan Linguistics mailing lists.

I will be disabling the posting submission email address for each list
at 0000 GMT on 1 June 2009. That would be the 15th anniversery of the
Vulcan-L mailing list. The Vulcan-L-Request and Owner-Vulcan-L email
addresses will remain active for the remainder of this year.

The regular FAQ postings have completed.

It has been my privilege, and my honor, to host these mailing lists
over these years. Thank you.
