So what was all that tripe about the demise of the republicans in light of
the 60 seat majority
almost a half a century of the bloated one wiped out by a republican
victory over teddy K's successor
Despite the best efforts of the DNC machine the Clinton and the messiah
Coakley went down in flames

Right, right. Now they've gone from the largest
Senate majority since the 70s to the *second*
largest Senate majority since the 70s.

Yeah, that's quite a rout, isn't it? Oooohhh. Scary.

And next year, 45,000 Americans will die because they don't have access
to the level of healthcare enjoyed by fellow Americans. Another 45,000
will die the year after that, etc.

Another 100,000 will go bankrupt trying to pay for healthcare costs.
Another 100,000 will go bankrupt the year after that, etc.

You must be proud.

You people are simply too stupid to see what you've done. What is
better? That that many taxpayers die or go bankrupt, or that they get
healthy and go back to work as contributing members of society.

Oh wait...you're under some delusion that they're all lazy welfare
cases. You can't comprehend that many of them HAVE INSURANCE and are
still refused coverage.

Healthcare for profit is obscene.

You have bought into the socialist bullshit.

Subtract the illegal aliens who will eventually be covered as Obama
will make them citizens, the self-employed who can afford health care
but choose not to be covered, and the employees who reject their
employers' plans, and the result is that the no. of uninsured drops
dramatically.

They should have coverage but the Big Brother approach as written by
our socialist leaders is not the way to go. Instead, let the
insurance companies compete across State lines and limit the
outrageous malpractice suits.

Healthcare by Government is obscene.

Wait, you responded to the post and then say it's off topic? Have you
ever been described as a turd with ears?

Ad hominem noted. Get back to us when you have a real argument to make.

People at large do not respond to predictions, only to Problems, and the
problem hurting us all is the economy. I think that was part of
the reason so many turned out to vote for the "jobs" candidate.

I held up a "Martha" sign for a couple of hours 100yards from the
polling place, and we got lots of thumbs up, waves, smiles, ignored,
thumbs down, and a few birds! The "others" were more like rednecks
blowing their horns!
