Corilian Ships

"Local bulk cruisers" probably refers to light cruisers that are
widely used for system defense, like the Carrack class that is about one
quarter the size of an ISD.
As for "big Corellian ships", who knows. The largest vessel that
Corellian Engineering Corportion (CEC) makes, that we know of, is the
Corellian Corvette, aka rebel blockade runner. Though good size, these
could hardly be considered "big". We do know that CEC has been more
successful in the civilian market then in the military market like Kuat
Drives, the maker of ISDs, so it is possible that he could be referring to
any number of large transports, space liners, or whatever that we have
simply never heard about.
I don't think he was referring to ISDs unless Kuat Drives is
located on Corellia, unfortunately, the Essential Guide doesn't say.

no, kuat drive yards is not on corellia, and the correllian corvette only
has a class 2 hyperdrive (outrunning one would be no great challenge), and
is much smaller than most bulk cruisers. it was probably just put in to add
flavor, like "parsecs" but failed miserably.

IIRC Han talks about "the big corellian Ones" - and if you check out any
StarWars site with a tech-section you will see, that Corellian Corvettes and
Gunships are a lot smaller than an ISD - even smaller than a VSD.
BTW: You can see the difference in the opening sequence of ANH: The Tantive
IV gets towed into an hangar of the attacking ISD - remember?
