Help!!! Need already-compiled version of Portforwarder!

Oh dear..help help! Does anybody have an already-compiled version of
Portforwarder, compiled for PocketPC - MIPS, which they would be willing to
share with me? I am unable to download, let alone install and run, the MS
eMbedded Visual Tools package (required to compile Portforwarder), as it is
a monster in terms of space, and I simply don't have anywhere near enough
space on my hard drive. Sob.

Are there any knights in shining armour out there?
