Shania wins Playboy poll, invited to pose nude

NEW YORK (Playboy website) - Shania Twain is the top country artist
that Playboy.com readers would like to see pose for the magazine, according
to a poll that garnered 110,000 votes.

Too bad she'll just turn them down again.

About 6 months ago, while promoting her Up! CD, Shania was interviewed
on Canadian Much Music. The host said that he understood that Shania
had been offered a 'considerable' amount of money to pose for Playboy.
She confirmed this and said that it was 'substantial' but wouldn't
specify (she claimed not to remember). While the host didn't ask her
outright if she would pose for playboy he did make a comment to the
effect and she didn't say that she wouldn't......I'd love to see her
but, in the meantime, I'd be happy if she would wear skirts and show
some leg!!

I don't really care to see Shania in such a magazine, in that way. I like
the way she's presenting herself, and she looks incredible without
everything showing. This way, she maintains her mystique, her charisma.
