Yeah it wasn't too bad at all really. ConZ loved it of course, tho' I think
this will be the last year that the fat twat with the red suit and white
beard is gonna take the credit for her prezzys.
It was brilliant really cos her head was telling her that it can't be true
yet her heart was making her hedge her bets *just* in case. She didn't dare
risk it LOL!!

Y'know, I've just wrote that and, after the "LOL" died down, a little twinge
of sadness washed over me. I think christmas has just lost a little bit of
magic from now on. Shame. Christmas has been *really* brilliant these
last few years. Oh well, no doubt she'll be nibbling Rudolfs carrot and
swigging Santa's whisky on next years christmas eve lol.

And so you should...y' know, been a woman an all that....and hey, before y'
go an get all feministy on me, y' know it's right.

Hur hur hur.

worth while, I miss that. I have these great big adult children now and
frankly, I want my babies back!

Never mind ducks, this is life innit, eventually the chicks fly off and do
their own thing, what sustains us through the awful teenage years is the
memory of the child they were! When C gets to 14 and is screaming that you
have ruined her life , just remember this time you've had with her and hang
on to that. Eventually, teenagers grow the hell up and stop hating their
parents, its true, its happening here, right now!

I feel your twinge, I really do, but there are benefits in having bigger
kids, they can get the first round in for a start.

Oh yes, I reckon you're right about the 14 thing, its a ghastly age, she'll
be learning the art of puking without waking you one day.. bare in mind ,
she'll not be the first...

If I tell you I was captain of a pub darts team at 15, don;t tell me Mam,
she still thinks I was going to the pictures alot then. :)))

Crimbo day I fed 11, Boxing Day was busier, my sister and her family came,
we had crimbo dinner again and my very famous Turkey Stew. Not one to blow
me own trumpet, but it is rather good. I'm not complaining really, I love
feeding peeps, its my "thing" apparently.

Thats a man thing, after a quick poll amongst 5 other females, not one of
them put a car at the top of their list, apart from looking after family,
friends etc, everyone wanted to travel!, spesh 1st class. A new car was only
mentioned as gifts.
