was sarah an undercover CIA agent at one time?

heard this unusal story from someone. anyway, he tells me (and he
videod this so I've seen the evidence), but it's like a crazy story.
anyway, sarah fell in love with this guy who was in love with her
(being a man and also having gorwn up watching buffy). anyways, this
guy kinda had amnesia for a while (oh no sounds a bit men in black but
anyway) and then he gets his memory back only to find out that the
method of communication they had worked out to beat the men in black,
shall we say, told him that she wasn't in love with him because he was
a teacher and she saw herself as his student. he was distraught cos
this guys got it real bad and anyway he kinda wanted to send her a
message back that she taught him, among other things, to live. She
taught him what life really meant and not to hate america anymore.
she taught him that you can stand for what is right and still come out
on top. and she taught him what love was about. true love. so who's
the student now!
