I totally dig Sandra. Far more than her movies. She seems to be one of those
rare celebrities that is honest and not full of themselves. I do find her
very attractive but I was wondering about one thing. Has anybody noticed how
prominent her Adam's Apple is? I was watching 28 Days last week and it's quite
visible here. I've noticed this about her ever since she starred on the
Working Girl series back in the '80's. I doesn't bother me at all, (actually I
find it quite sexy!) but I have come across a few people in other newsgroups
who seem to have taken issue with to the point of questioning her gender!

My feelings exactly!

After sifting through my massive collection of Sandy pictures...um...
no. :) While it's definately visible, I wouldn't say that it's more
prominent than any of the other most beautiful women around.

LOL! Now, that's a good one ;D I bet Sandy would laugh her head off if
she ever read this.

I believe the reason Sandra's (though I've never noticed) adam's apple (
I didn;' even know gilrs had those) is a bit prominent is just because
she is a bit thinner than a few of the other actresses out there.

Strictly looking at picks, I'd agree with you. Watching it in films like 28
days and Forces of Nature is a different matter. On film, and when she's
interviewed, it definitely does look more prominent than it does on most women.

I would certainly hope so cuz I certainly wouldn't. It pisses me off that
there are quite a number ignorant folks out there thinking that a large Adam's
Apple on a woman is reason enough to question her gender.

Actually, she's not really that thin. She's certainly never been, nor will she
ever be, catagorized as being as thin as the Heather Locklears and Calista
Flockharts of the world. She actually a pretty sturdy looking German girl.
She doesn't have much in the chest area but she's medium framed, has very
muscular legs, and is not what I'd consider frail by any means.

Girls can and do have Adam's Apples. Other actresses that come to mind are Meg
Ryan and Jenna Elfman. Two more who have prominent lumps in there throats.
It's no big deal. It's merely the size of the cartilage around the larynx that
dictates the how visible the lump, or "apple", is. In women, it has nothing to
do with "maleness" or hormonal imbalance. The vast majority of women have no
discernable prominence but there are those who are at the other end of the
spectrum. When I was in 7th grade I knew this really pretty girl who had a
very large and visible Adam's Apple. She was one of about three girls in the
entire school that had visible "apples". It didn't bother her, except when she
tried to wear a tight choker necklace!

Often ignorant people can safely be ignored. And I bet that Sandra has
learnt when to listen and recognizes malevolent drivel that should be
shrugged off with a short, high pitched laugh. (c;

No, not even now you've told me.

Comment: actually these people should worry about their minds, not about Sandra's gender!
Keep distance to these people :-)

Have a nice time

Well, I don't really know Sandy, but I know her boyfriend pretty well,
and I can assure you he's not interested in the "other" gender.

Can you update me on who's supposed to be her boy friend at the moment?
The "press" likes to "inform" us of a different "intimate" friend every
other week... Lying bastards!
Anyway, is Bob Schneider still the safest candidate? I've read a rumour
on his website a while back, that he doesn't see her so often anymore.
But that may just be another rumour. I sure hope she's in a fulfilling
relationship. She certainly deserves it!

I agree....I mean, surely there would be more reason to question her gender
should there be a more prominent bulge somewhere else on her body!...;-)

How do you put with it, Vax?

I mean, I don't know what's funnier. Those ignorant morons who question whether
Sandra's a chick simply because she has a big adam's apple sticking out of her
throat or the blind dopes who say that they've never noticed it(C'mon! Ya
gotta be blinder than a bat not to notice!)

Bollocks... :)
Sandra's face draws all the looks. It's just that some have bigger and
some smaller adam's apples. It's just a small detail of her that is very
easy to accept.

Uh, I've never noticed it. Her face is so distractingly beautify that I don't
see any of the rest of her.

If ya really like Sandra, then you'd notice EVERYTHING! Those great legs, her
fabulous sense of humor, how un-Hollywood she is, and definitely that cute
Adam's Apple which actually adds to her goofy charm.
