There is a picture of all the starlights, inners, outers, and Chibiusa in
a row. Haruka and Michiru are wearing Juuban high uniforms and Setsuna is
wearing a lab coat is that helps. Anyway I think that may be a good judge
of their relative heights.
However Makoto seems too close to Usagi's height in that one. I was
always under the impression and Usagi and Ami are about 5 feet tall, while
Makoto it 5'7" and Haruka is 5'9." Mamoru seems to be about 6."

Gah! Can't think in centimeters, don't want to do the math.
Your estimation of Usagi seems too heavy (or else the others are too light); I
can't imagine her being heavier than Rei and Ami. Usagi is really petite. For
that matter, I don't see Hotaru as being only 3 1/2 pounds lighter than Ami
either. Hotaru's even smaller than Usagi is.
Makoto's probably 50 kg or more.
Note that, if you go by what they look like as Senshi, the Inners should all
have C cups at least. And for some reason Chibiusa seems to have breasts in
the manga, but I take it that these are meant to be anime measurements.
Logically, their measurements would change between SM and Stars, and there was
a large difference between R Chibiusa and post-R Chibiusa, making exact
figures kind of meaningless anyway.

The heights are fine by Western standards, but at 169cm/5'7", Minako would
tower over most Japanese girls her age, as well as a few full-grown
Japanese men. Now, I know the girls are trim, but your weights seem a
little low, even by anime standards. O_o;;
My former roommate was 160cm/5'3" and 45kg/100lbs. You could see her spine
and ribs sticking out through her skin. According to you, Ami is
160cm/5'3" and 41kg/90lbs. The girls have a little more meat on them than
that, I think.
In real life, a general guide to height-weight comparisons is 100lbs/45kg
for the first 5'/152cm, and then 4-6lbs/2-3kg for each additional
1"/2.5cm.

Judging from this picture...
Yaten - 5'3" (compare with 5'3" Rei & Minako)
Taiki - 5'8" (compare with 5'7" Haruka and 5'9" Setsuna)
Seiya - 5'5" (compare with 5'5" Michiru and 5'6" Makoto)
The FAQ says that Ami and Minako are the same height and Rei is one inch
taller, but in this picture, Rei and Minako appear to be the same height,
and Ami seems one inch shorter. Ami also seems to be much closer to
Usagi's height in this picture. She's certainly not three whole inches
taller than Usagi.
Maybe Minako is wearing heels and Usagi is standing on a copy of
Nakayoshi? Or have Minako and Usagi simply grown a couple inches? I'd
say that Usagi is 5'1" and Minako is 5'3" in this manga picture. The FAQ
also says that Haruka is the tallest senshi, but in this picture, Setsuna
is clearly taller. I'd say that Haruka is 5'7" and Setsuna is 5'9" in
this manga picture.
Of course, the heights in the FAQ are based on _anime_ character sheets.
Here's an excerpt from the FAQ:
Heights: The Nakayoshi "Sailor Moon" fan book gives Usagi's height as
150 cm, which is about 4'11". Kyle Pope has sent me comparisons based
on this and on the Sailor Moon Nakayoshi Anime Album character sheets,
V1, page 103, and V2, page 94 and 111.

The height for Saturn is probably for her first anime appearance in SMS.
Avoiding spoilers, her appearance changes before she reappears in Stars.
In this manga picture (from the Stars arc), Hotaru is at least a foot
shorter than Usagi.

Especially with those measurements, I think those are wishful thinking on Tenchi's
part I wouldn't put any of them past a B except possibly Setsuna or Michiru,
Mako-chan maybe the most talented but that's only in comparison the other inners.
If Makato is a C what's Esmeroodo or Kaolinite a E ?! Sheesh ^_^;;;

Hey, when referring to the manga, should you use masculine or feminine
pronouns for the Three Lights? In the manga, the Lights are female in
either form, but they still have male personae. So do you honor the

Despite which one of you is right here..[although Gally's
figures sound more right to me.. especially since they don't
come from a drooling fanboy... -.^;;] you might want to take
into consideration the fact well-defined muscle is heavier
than fat.. so the senshi should weight quite a bit more than
typical girls of their age...

No, that's too little. And the weights you listed are still too low, even
by these standards. With 90lbs at 5' and 3lbs per 1", the girls should

Well... I think the weights would be generally lighter than what Gally has
put and heavier than Tenchi. The senshi seem to generally have pretty
small bone structure, so that will take away some weight. Although, I
think Gally's heights are closer than Tenchi's. Like, for example, Michiru
is definitely more than an inch shorter than Haruka... however, Tenchi
might not have taken into account high heels that some of the senshi tend
to wear, whereas I think Gally has taken this into account.

Well, weight's a tricky thing. It depends on how muscular Setsuna is. Her bone
structure seems too be a bit larger than the others, so I don't think its totally
inconcievable.Personally I'd peg at about ten pounds less, but not much less that
that.
