That Lt. Tsukino Usagi would disregard the prime directive is a
certainty; that her very existence in this Universe is a manifestation
of Divine intervention, that she came from elsewhere, some other
place ... that is also a certainty.
I would say you meant it. But how would she ever graduate from The
Academy?

I agree with this post - but I was expecting Usagi in a Starfleet
uniform. I'm disappointed.
