resource in the world. Alternatives can be found, but they will not be
found as long as there's one drop of oil or natural gas to be extracted
from other nations, preferably by force by the current junta in charge
of our affairs. Iraq will end with our defeat.

Check out the defintions for inhabitant, domicile, and national. Compare
them with resident, residence, and citizen. An American national who is an
inhabitant with a domicile IS NOT A RESIDENT. He is not subject to or
object of the government's power. He can't be compelled by law to apply for
any license (permission) that's limited only to "residents".
I contacted the State department, and they admitted that one can apply for a
passport as an American national and not as a U.S. citizen.

Congress issued a joint resolution creating a "temporary" State of
Emergency, that has been renewed by every sitting president.

money of the United States. The original Federal Reserve notes were
promises to pay dollars (gold and silver). However, since 1933, the
