Agreed! I was hoping Obama would do better than what he's done, at least up
to this point. Obama looks confused and can't speak smoothly.

I'm for Obama, but it appears all of you who says Obama is winning tonight's
debate would say that no matter how lopsided the debate is. Right now, it's
very lopsided and McCain is easily winning the debate.

Just like the CBS poll who uses their own selected people, many of whom are
Democrats? Worse, The New York Times whose data is just unbelievable when
they quote a source and then completely distort the facts of that source if
you check on it.

Don't like Drudge's poll? Go on Drudge and change the results. You can
vote there, but not on CBS.

Love how Katie Couric was beside herself when many of their non-committed
voters leaned towards McCain winning the debate.

That has been my complaint about the bulk of the Republican party for as
long as I can remember. They try to keep the talk adult and at least mature
and the Dems have no problem getting down in the dirt. But in McCain's case
I'm wondering if he turned around too late or not.

Given the short memory of the average US voter, I wonder if the thought was
that they would have gotten tired of hearing this kind of down and dirty since
way back when Hillary started campaigning for herself. What was that, '82? <g>

This way McCain is getting the word out more or less at the last minute
when they'll remember it at the polls. That may or may not be the plan, but I
hope it works out that way.

I don't think McClain hates the US and A, I just think he's misguided and
past his expiration date. Why must you conservatives claim everyone who
disagrees with you "hates America"? Did John McClain hate America when he
disagreed with Premier Bush?

And I don't want a hothead in the Oval Office, I want somebody calm and

It's appearances. I listened to the first debate, but didn't SEE it. And
from what I heard, McCain won handily. But the polls had it fairly evening
the next day. It's like the Kennedy/Nixon debate, the first to be televised.
Nearly everyone who listened to it, but didn't see the participants, had
Nixon as the clear winner. But those who SAW the debate seemed to think that
Kennedy had an edge.

I think McCain's problem is that he needed to really close out the first
debate, as he did this last one. The audience was double for the first, and
that was the one to set the precedent, and get people thinking a certain
way. The first debate was the one watched by most undecideds, not the third.

See, this is proof that you have been drinking too much of the Kool-Aid.
Anyone who knows about Obama knows the man has a very short fuse, is utterly
controlling, and let's his feelings be known loud and long when something
isn't the way he dictates. It's one of the few redeeming qualities of the
guy, because the last thing we need is a leader without passion.

You really need to start being an objective observer and see both candidates
for what they are. You are so utterly devoted to the talking points of the
Democrats that you fail to see the inadequacies of Obama and concentrate too
much on the negatives of McCain. This is the real problem with the American
electorate, in that they just sit back and let themselves be programmed by
whomever scratches their bellies the best.

So it wasn't Obama's supporters wearing "Bros before Hos" t-shirts during
the democratic primaries? It wasn't Obama supporters wearing "Palin is a
Cunt" t-shirts at several of her appearances? Maybe you want to gloss over
the cell phone video on YouTube of Obama blowing a gasket? Why don't you
just type the following words in Google, and see what you get; "Obama's
temper".

So let me ask you something, does he really shout "Oh, Yeah!" out loud as he
crashes through the wall? The Kool-Aid man, I mean.

If you were aware of my true feelings on this election, you wouldn't have
said something that idiotic. As I have mentioned previously, I have no
intention of voting for McCain because I feel he has become a puppet of the
right, just like Bush. Did you know George was known as a moderate, when
governor of Texas? And that he was known for working across party lines?
Then the religous right worked to get him elected and that was it. On top of
that I question McCain's judgement, allowing Palin to go on the ticket.

As a true independent, I can point out Obama's many flaws, which are easily
as numerous as McCain's, and watch the brain-washed sheep such as yourself
vomit the party line, without knowing of what you speak.

If you have to explain the joke, it's automatically not funny.

Agreed, but Iw as figuring that there wasn't enough intelligence in the
respondant to understand the context.

That does seem to be a problem in several of these newsgroups. When
wrestling fans, dittoheads, Morman sci-fi nerds, and Bama fans walk into a
room, the average IQ of the room usually doesn't go up.

There's NO WAY that FUCKING NIGGER will be president.

Keep telling yourself this, all the way to November 4.

That fucking nigger is heads and shoulders a better candidate for
president than that backassward driatric you call a candidate. Is it
me, or does McCain look a million years old lately. Christ, will he be
able to stay awake until the results come in Nov. 4?
