Trump Lawyer Told Justice Dept. That Classified Material Had Been Returned

The lawyer signed a statement in June that all documents marked as classified
and held in boxes in storage at Mar-a-Lago had been given back. The search at
the former president’s home on Monday turned up more.

At least one lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump signed a written
statement in June asserting that all material marked as classified and held in
boxes in a storage area at Mr. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and club had been
returned to the government, four people with knowledge of the document said.

The written declaration was made after a visit on June 3 to Mar-a-Lago by Jay I.
Bratt, the top counterintelligence official in the Justice Department’s national
security division.

The existence of the signed declaration, which has not previously been reported,
is a possible indication that Mr. Trump or his team were not fully forthcoming
with federal investigators about the material. And it could help explain why a
potential violation of a criminal statute related to obstruction was cited by
the department as one basis for seeking the search warrant used to carry out the
daylong search of the former president’s home on Monday, an extraordinary step
that generated political shock waves.

Which means that like Hillary's lawyers that Hillary had determine what
was and was not classified for the FBI/DOJ who was looking for and
asking for Hillary's classified e-mails... If Hillary wasn't prosecuted
for it why would TRUMP be prosecuted or even investigated since we now
know that if the politicians have expensive law firms do the sorting of
papers then there is no intent to violate the laws and like THE
PRECEDENCE setting Hillary, TRUMP had no intent and as per the previous
FBI Directors own words, no one would prosecute Hillary or now prosecute
TRUMP or any American for violating the ESPIONAGE ACT for the NON crime
of simple paperwork being lost or removed by accident.

The simple FACT that Hillary was not prosecuted means that TRUMP is also
just as innocent of any crimes. If they do prove they are "CLASSIFIED"
which is impossible since "The President" which Hillary was NOT is the
EXECUTIVE who makes the final decisions on what was/is Classified at the
time they're in the Presidents hands. And while they may have been
classified at one time, once the President has them they are under that
Executive power and what ever the President does with them is legal
because there is no classification that deprives the President of files
that the President is responsible for maintaining.

The simple fact that the President signs the Executive Order to create
file systems that contain classifications is all the proof needed to
show that the President is the one whom all the Power of the Executive
Branch emanates from. TRUMP couldn't illegally handle or take
classified papers, because if he does then he has by his actions changed
their classification to what ever it was he used them for.


The use of "CLASSIFIED" isn't to limit the Presidents access and
distribution but to limit those who work for the President, in who and
how those papers and verbal information can be distributed. SO if the
president did take documents NON are classified by him to be out of his
reach or access or re-classification.


Sorry Democrats there is no legal grounds to accuse the President of
looking at of declassifying the documents either by executive order or
by his actions of making them PUBLIC or keeping them for his own
reference. As long as the President didn't destroy them them because
they are evidence in a crime it's NOT a crime.


And have you noticed that this is just a bit too close to the Hillary
scenario to be a coincidence? Yes it looks like the Democrats and/or the
DEEP STATE Hillary supporters are trying to undermine TRUMP with the
very thing that flushed Hillary's political career down the toilet.

It's a game of REVENGE for Hillary and the Clinton Democrats and the
DEEP STATE, they're trying to let the Republicans and TRUMP voters know
that no one can lead but the CIA and the FBI's choice and they are the
Bureaucrats and Puppet Masters of the SHADOW GOVERNMENT that picks
"THEIR BOSS" the President, who is actually just a puppet.

They aren't just getting revenge but by using the same classified
paperwork theme as was used when Hillary lost her "coronation" to the
classified paper work and e-mail issue. Of course we all knew Hillary
was a career criminal, where as TRUMP was and is honest enough that NO
FAKE evidence has been good enough to undermine TRUMP'S support.

The FACT is that it looks like MI-6 and the "one world cult" has
infiltrated the CIA/FBI and WEF and NWO and the UN and more have
actively been using the U.S. Government against the American people.

It's all the corruption and until the corrupt in government are being
executed for those crimes of corruption then we won't get our NATION back.
