I am a Mr. Bean fan, and can't wait until the movie. I have Mr. Bean tapes
that I love to show to company, because they are sure to get a laugh. But
please explain one thing to me, what does he have against that blue
three-wheeled car? Is there something in an early episode that I missed, or
is it a British thing? Please help, this is driving me crazy.

In the "MR. BEAN GOES TO TOWN'' episode the guy who drives the blue car,
his name is Mr. Sprout, he steals Mr. Bean's camera and he goes to jail.
The car isn't shown in the episode, but in "THE TROUBLE WITH MR. BEAN"
episode the same guy Mr. Sprout is shown in the last minute of it in his
car. In the middle of the episode he tries to steal Mr. Bean's car.

It is a Robin Reliant three wheeler, that you can still spot on the British
roads.
