Time to fight another amnesty and immigration increase push

There's yet another push on for illegal alien amnesty, in addition to
proposals for increased green cards and worker visas. While our
present mass immigration is bad for the country generally, it's
particularly bad during a severe recession with very high
unemployment. More immigrants means more competition for jobs, which
pushes down wages and working conditions. The population growth leads
to development of farmland and wilderness, and low taxes paid by
immigrants means overstrained and failing roads, schools and
hospitals.

Unemployment is high as hell. Two of the Big Three just got
bankrupted. The building trades are dead. What the hell do we "need"
aliens for now?

You want to know what cut the flow of illegals? No jobs. Mexicans
and others came for work and now there is no work.
