Are Arris/Motorola Surfboard owned cable modems the best to buy?

Hello.
OK, it is time to research and buy a cable modem for TWC's Internet
service (standard plan; not planning to get a faster plan) only.
Are Arris/Motorola Surfboard cable modems still the best ones to get and
own with TWC's speed upgrades?
SB6183 (newest and costly model) -- Do any local retail stores sell them
like Costco, RadioShack, etc.? :(
SB6141 (found local RadioShack and Best Buy have it)
SB6121 (oldest and cheapest model; Best Buy has it)
I am surprised Frys.com and Costco.com don't carry any Arris/Motorola
Surfboard cable modems.
A computer friend of mine says Zoom is better than Motorola/Arris'? What
do you guys think of that?

Hi all the modems you list are good top of the line modems.
i have the 6183 love it works grate:)
