I heard a while ago that in one of the 'Manga Visions' they
printed a self-portrait of RT, where she's feeding a cat. Could anybody
tell me which edition this was, or a web site that has this pic? TIA.

I don't know about the American side, but in the second of her short
pieces collections, there's a short story called "Strange Cat Min,"
which details Rumiko Takahashi taking care of her neighbor's cat for
a week.

She doesn't flatter herself much; she looks like a dippy woman with
glasses, and her negligee is nothing to write home about.

Just a minor nitpick.. I believe she was taking care of her one of her
assistants' cat. (Near the end of the "short story", it says that the
owner of the cat is Assistant B)

True. Well, I think most manga artists, when doing their self-protraits,
are rather "humble" in the task.. Have not yet seen any self-protraits
of manga artists that make themselves look flattering.
