[F] Oxenfjord proposed AFP Birthday Meet

Okay, then - the basic scenario is as follows:
On friday 8th January 1999, I will be turning 18 years of age, and to celebrate
the occasion, I intend to have an afp-meet organized for the 9th (the saturday).

After a brief discussion with Stewart yesterday, I was informed that he had been
trying to get together a follow up to October's meet in the new year, and that
this had met with general approval. The suggestion was made that if the response
to this date is very favourable, then the two could become one. Otherwise, this
will just be a mini-meet, Stewart's larger one taking place at a later date.

One thing to note, it's my intention that this be an afp-meet, and not a
substitute for an eighteenth birthday party[2].
Hmm - post looks a bit short but that's about it. So, feedback - anyone?

[2] ie birthday person and friends getting as inebriated as possible[3]

I know a bunch of people are going to Suzi's adaptation of "Pyramids" in
Bedford that Sat... can you make it there? Would be a shame to have two
meets clash.

Or... Suzi -- could you move the play venue to Oxenfjord? <g>
