Not quite as the subject says, but as the car radio came on at the start the
journey home that has just ended, the first words I heard (from some Radio 4
Books/Films/Arts review program, I later gathered) was something almost
exactly like "Gilliam & Gilliam is published by Faber & Faber".

Naturally, I laughed out loud and only didn't startle anyone because there
was no-one there to be startled.

To paraphrase the ads "I heard this and thought of you..." (I'm sure
someone out there has better examples, and as New Scientist's Feedback isn't
publishing Nominative Determinism at the moment I reckon this is the forum.)
